My Dream

My very dream is to set up a coastal/hydraulic consulting company in China, for China has the great demand for a modern coastal management system and Chinese are suffering greatly because of flooding and draught every year due to the far less efficient hydraulic systems. China is not lack of water resources, not lack of good engineers and scientists, but China needs new concepts, needs better policy on water resource and coastal line management.
